Refunds

Last updated: May 16, 2026. Pro licenses are refundable for 14 days if GigConverter cannot convert the library you bought it for.

How to request a refund

Email support@gigconverter.com with your purchase email and the conversion log from the failed file. Do not send the sample library itself unless specifically requested.

What qualifies

A refund is appropriate when the app cannot extract usable samples from the library you bought GigConverter to convert, or when activation prevents reasonable use and support cannot resolve it. DRM-locked libraries may be refunded, but they will not be unlocked.

What usually does not qualify

Successful conversions, buyer's remorse after the 14-day window, unsupported redistribution plans, or a need for native Kontakt, HALion, or Cubase preset formats usually do not qualify. We still want the conversion log if the output is musically wrong.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe. Banks and card networks control when funds appear on your statement.

What happens after refund

Refunded licenses are disabled after Stripe confirms the refund. You can keep any output files already generated from libraries you are authorized to use.
