The fastest way to debug a failed conversion is the generated conversion log. Please do not email full sample libraries unless we specifically ask for a small test file.

Conversion issues

If conversion fails, download conversion-log.txt from the error screen and email it to support@gigconverter.com. Include the file size, browser, operating system, and whether the file is encrypted or from a commercial library.

License keys

Lost your key? Use the recovery page. If you hit the 2-machine activation limit after replacing a computer, email support from the purchase email.

Refunds

Pro licenses are refundable for 14 days if GigConverter cannot convert the library you bought it for. The refund policy is posted at /legal/refunds.

Rights and compatibility

GigConverter is independent and does not grant rights to any third-party library, brand, or host application. Legal and IP details are posted at /legal/ip.
